What are you going to do?

• Providing full support to our customers – Air France, Martinair and KLM Cargo clients through tracking calls, handling booking emails –Dutch and other European markets 

• Checking cargo orders and approving them 
  
• Answering questions from external agends regarding import, export, bookings, tracing of cargo and providing general information. Depending on the product that they would like to transport you will search for a suitable flight in line with the cargo instructions. 
  

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with a proficient level of English 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Professionality, personal responsibility, accuracy and organizational skills 
  
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office) 
  
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage
