This is an international company with offices in Amsterdam, Singapore and and the head office in San Francisco. Around the world, this company has tens of thousands of hotels as customers. This online platform helps to clarify whether certain hotels still exist, how many guests are coming and what the guests think of the hotel.
Your main tasks will be the entry of found data in the salesforce program. Somethimes you have to communicate with customers but most of all you have to clean up the system. You will call existing hotels so that you will find out if they still exist and who the correct contactperson is. You enter all your endings into the salesforce system, so that everything is up to date again.
