What are you going to do:
StudentJob is an international jobboard having been successfully launched in many European countries. In this role you are responsible for generating new business mostly by telephone. It is essential you enjoy interacting with people, establishing a relationship with clients whilst selling the different products and services we provide. Of course, training and support is provided to ensure you reach your full potential.
Main responsibilities include:
- Business development with new & existing clients;
- Client acquisition;
- Cold calling;
- Managing time effectively by multitasking among outbound calls mainly, inbound calls, trainings and administration;
- Recognising and implementing commercial opportunities;
- Managing the recruitment process to meet client expectations.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
- Native Spanish speaking and knowledge of the Spanish market;
- A commercial mindset, sales driven mentality and can-do attitude;
- Sales experience is an advantage;
