Danish Customer Service Agent in Venlo

What are you going to do:

Our client, a digital retailer based in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated Danish speaker who wants to join their customer service team. As a Danish customer service agent in Venlo, you ensure you are able to maintain customer satisfaction regardless of their complex issues. You must love the improvement! Because you will be the contact person who is responsible for diverse administrative tasks and providing feedback in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the customer service department.

• Handle difficult cases such as escalation and safety cases;
• Handle returns, claims on our different sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Cdiscound and Manomano;
• Handle outbound interactions and solve different issues;
• Handle reviews that are left by the customer on different platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, eBay, Trustpilot etc.
