DIGITAL PRODUCER WITH FOCUS ON VIDEO PRODUCTION (werkstudent, 16hrs per week)

To reach more people, we’re expanding our virtual education offerings and we need your help to translate our unique way of working into the digital space. As Digital Producer, the purpose of your role is to support THNK’s virtual education programs and online marketing with a range of multimedia content. You will create photos, graphics and videos to engage our audience, and increase interaction and advocacy across our channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In cooperation with the marketing team and under the supervision of the Program Manager you are responsible for:

• Filming program content, creating and editing footage for our online programs
• Delivering videos, graphics, and animations to support our online education programs and marketing needs
• Setting-up in-house camera equipment, mics, lights and give input on all stages of the video production to create professional results
• Identifying trends and insights to optimize performance of visual content
• Designing and producing publications (online and offline), posters, flyers, brochures etc.
• Organizing digital resources and maintain our photo, video, and graphics archive
• Develop internal asset management procedures to streamline key activities (e.g. document templates, basic editing guidelines etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Good understanding of video production process
• Highly-skilled in video editing software
• Experience with Adobe Creative suite
• Creative and analytical thinker
• Collegial, a team player with strong listening skills
• Organized, results-oriented and resilient
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Student or proven track record of interest in film, communication or multi-media production

We’re looking for someone who can commit to around 16hours/per week next to their studies with an initial working agreement of 3 months.
