We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who can start as soon as possible at Catawiki in Assen. Do you speak German & English fluently, like Customer Support, assisting people and helping them via telephone? This is the perfect job for you!
What does Catawiki do?
Catawiki hosts weekly auctions for collectors. Examples of past items they have auctioned off include a lock of Napoleon’s hair, a mammoth skeleton, various large meteorites, and the most expensive Lego set ever produced. In 2015, Catawiki won the Deloitte Fast500 as Europe's fastest growing company. Every month, the website is visited millions of times by registered users worldwide.
Although Catawiki only started a few years ago, their mission to make special objects available to everyone is already becoming a reality. Catawiki's offices across Europe house a dynamic, fast-growing and open organisation. Catawiki has a real ‘hands-on’ mentality, with a casual and friendly atmosphere. They share a strong team-spirit, and all inspired employees use their own unique talents and skills to make sure Catawiki offers only the very best in online auctions.
Catawiki is very proud to be the first Benelux company to have received an investment from famous investors Accel Partners and Lead Edge Capital (first venture capital investors in Facebook, as well as Dropbox, Spotify, and Alibaba).
What you will do?
As Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for sellers and buyers, and are also responsible for their complaints and questions being addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner, via phone or email. You can communicate in a clear, customer oriented manner; customer satisfaction is your main goal. You try your utmost to find fitting solutions to all problems. You can mediate between buyers and sellers in case of disputes. Your extensive communications with our users alert you to possibilities for improvements in our services and financial processes.
