We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• in this unique management position at Noordwest, you ensure that, in addition to managing your team, you put Noordwest Hospital Group even better on the map; locally, regionally and nationally.
• Both the patient and potential employee know how to find Noordwest, but the organization thinks that this can be done even better. • There is also a lot to be gained nationally. Northwest is not yet sufficiently visible and represented as a leading player in the Netherlands. As Head of Customer, Market & Communication, you and your team make an important contribution to this positioning and its rollout. The communication department does not only do this, but seeks contact with the board of directors, medical specialists, organizational managers and the other staff departments.
• The head of KMC reports to the Management Support manager and has a direct line to the board of directors and the staff board.

• We are looking for a strong and decisive person, a connector who easily moves through all layers of the organization. You are tried and tested when it comes to communication and you have experience with positioning processes. You are creative, have a clear vision of communication and you translate the strategy of the organization into communication policy. Based on this policy, you bring clear focus to the work and you keep control of it.
• As a manager you are on course and you focus on facilitating and utilizing the qualities of all professionals. You are down-to-earth, authentic and trust your expertise. In addition, you are confident, show courage and listen carefully. You are strategically and analytically strong and can easily find your way in a complex organization and ditto (social) playing field.
• Do you also have a completed - preferably university - education in the field of marketing and / or communication, or comparable, demonstrable work experience in drawing up communication strategies and positioning processes and extensive managerial experience? Then we would love to meet you!
