• You translate our proposition into a marketing strategy and roll it out with successful campaigns and a clear content strategy;
• You initiate and lead marketing campaigns and communication related projects in close collaboration with Sales;
• Managing demand development, process, budget and metrics for the Netherlands and other European countries;
• Planning and organizing our marketing programs via email, social media, retargeting, events and other channels;
• You will work closely with Sales to set goals, manage lead flow and increase conversion at every stage of our marketing and sales engagement;
• You contribute to setting up and developing the marketing database and CRM systems;
• You measure the results of marketing campaigns and activities and evaluate the results and adjust or adjust where necessary;
• You inspire and stimulate others to get the best out of themselves every day. You involve people in our mission, targets and objectives.
• You do not only focus on bringing in new customers, but you also do everything you can to retain existing customers;
