Support Global Credit Manager in providing advice, direction and oversight of Credit Management activities for the KWS Group and its subsidiary entities. Makes recommendations on financing solutions that would minimize the cost of credit and maximize cash collection, all of which should positively impact cash flow and working capital. Main point of contact for credit insurance company (where there is insurance in place this in place), all the while ensuring credit limits and insurance and up-to-date according to information given to KWS by the credit insurer in close cooperation with Expert Insurance. Collect and report risk and exposure data to insurers. Manage insurance invoices. Where required, provide support as necessary to the Expert Hub Treasury and Insurance team, in particular executing Treasury activities for and on behalf of KWS International Holdings BV. This includes daily cash management, currency hedging, monitoring various intercompany financing, guarantees issuance, commercial papers, syndicated loans and capital market transactions. Performing finance activities of KWS International Holdings BV which will include reviewing, monitoring and proposing dividend flows, together with Business Partner Finance and Expert Treasury.
Your profile:
Preferably academic degree in Economics/Business/Accounting At least 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally some experience in Insurance, Treasury and Credit Management. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office and SAP). Knowledge of SAP is desirable. Communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical skills, solution oriented and able to work successfully in complex organization Accurate and reliable Working independently, structured and well organized, able to work under pressure and convince through organizational strength.
