We deal with large amounts of diverse data within FrieslandCampina R&D. We believe that we can utilize this data to improve our innovation robustness, speed and impact.

To do so, however, we will need to master working with data: we will need to bring together data from various sources, combine it, and be able to analyze it using modern techniques such as machine learning and text mining.

Over the past years, we have built a state-of-the-art infrastructure to help us realize our goals. Now we are looking for someone who can work with our data scientists to help with 1-2 concrete innovation improvement opportunities, e.g., with consumer data analysis.

What we ask

• You are enrolled in a university degree course, and have experience with data analysis. Your domain is irrelevant, as long as you have worked with lots of data
• You have knowledge of R or Python or with UI based data analytics software
• A basic knowledge of data storage / databases is a definite advantage 
• Can-do mentality towards solving tasks for which new skills need to be acquired fast
• Affinity towards or knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry
