Would you like to work in a dynamic environment? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of the fastest growing medical start-ups.

Do you want to help shape the future of digital healthcare at one of the fastest growing online testing companies in the world? Are you interested in customer service management, solving logistics issues and collaborating a lot with both customers and colleagues? In this position you are responsible for order management, operations and customer management for our customer base in the United Kingdom (NHS Blood and Transplant). You also think about (semi-) automatic solutions for the future of order management. With your enthusiasm, proactivity and sense of responsibility, you know exactly what is going on with your customers and how we can take the relationship and cooperation to the next level. 

Homed-IQ is an online medical testing agency headquartered in Leimuiden (nearby Leiden). It is one of the world's fastest growing medical start-ups with customers in The Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. 

What are we looking for? 

• Students (WO or HBO)
• Analytical thinking 
• Sociable, does not hesitate to speak to both customer and colleague by telephone or in person 
• Likes working together in a team 
• IT affinity and / or trained (master in Excel is a must) 
• Takes responsibility, likes to take the lead and likes to improve processes
• Has perseverance 
• Good command of the English language, Dutch speaking not required
