As the new A-player, you will get the chance to strategize together with the regional sales director and sales manager who you can learn a lot. You will build up your own pipeline within your region and nurture relationships with C-level executives.
Your responsibility is to be the extension of the director & sales manager and to dive into strategizing how to approach clients best. You use your creative skills to reach out to prospects by phone, email campaigns, LinkedIn, or maybe using your own network!
