French Junior Technical Support in Dieren

What are you going to do:

Our client has been making their premium bikes for more than 125 years. Although they are the expert in producing a classical Dutch bike, however, their long-term mission is to make cycling easy and fun for everyone and therefore they always think innovatively for their new smart designs.

This year, the company would like to grow bigger and stronger in the French market and that is why they are now looking for new colleagues to join their fun team!

Your main responsibilities as a French Junior Technical Support in Dieren are:

• You focus on supporting the team and the dealers in the French markets and possibily other countries.
• You help customers with a clear solution when they have specific technical questions related to bike spare parts.
• Besides, you will handle order processes, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
• You ensure all customers and dealers are satisfied with all service elements.
