As a Dutch-speaking customer service specialist, you are part of a great team with whom you will have a great time. These will be your tasks:

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide honest, valid and complete information on customer requests
  • Recognize and evaluate customer needs to maintain their satisfaction


As a candidate you do not need to have experience in a similar position, but we do ask that you speak fluent English & Dutch.
