You are the first point of contact when our customers have questions or there is a problem with our platform. You answer the phone, chats, and handle tickets. Thanks to your technical insight, you also know when a problem is bigger and must be passed on to the engineering team. We are constantly improving our customer support and you are making a contribution. With the customer support insights, you are able to help write articles to improve our library of Help Centre articles.
