Tech-loving communicator? 30MHz is looking for a Customer Support pro! in Amsterdam

Wat ga je doen?

You are the first point of contact when our customers have questions or there is a problem with our platform. You answer the phone, chats, and handle tickets. Thanks to your technical insight, you also know when a problem is bigger and must be passed on to the engineering team. We are constantly improving our customer support and you are making a contribution. With the customer support insights, you are able to help write articles to improve our library of Help Centre articles. 

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Answer phone, e-mails and resolving tickets.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on issues/bugs
  • Writing articles for our Help Centre

Extra informatie

About you

  • Following a Bachelor’s or Master’s
  • Affinity with Tech, IT, and engineering
  • Communicative and analytically strong
  • Strong communicator in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Available for min. 2 days a week (Wednesday and Friday)

Not a must, but nice if you:

  • Have experience with customer support
  • Have experience with data platforms
  • Are eager to learn, pro-active and self-reliant
