Tankey's operates a growing app. With multiple brands in-app, energiedirect.nl, Essent, Tamoil and others. Tanky operates from all app stores, whilst is advertised at 10% of fuel stations in the Netherlands.
Tankey is responsible for customer care for it growing active base, supporting customers with account questions, transactions queries and general questions regarding service. Inflow is stable with majority of customer queries straight forward to resolve.
