As a fulltime back office employee in Groningen, you work in the city center of Groningen for a young international organization. You are going to match students and organizations. Get in contact with the students! Not the right organization in your portfolio? You will look for nice projects abroad. From beginning to end you will arrange that the student has the best time abroad. What are you going to do? Ensure that the flight ticket is arranged, you will help to find a place to stay and you make sure that all the documents are organized. You own the right administrative skills, so every detail is correct.
Next to your administrative skills you also see opportunities. You make a big portfolio with projects and organizations. You will call institutions to find out whether they want to work with you and make agreements for a collaboration. You build a big network around you and talk to international people from various large organizations on a daily basis.
Because you communicate with students and companies in English and French it’s important to speak both languages fluently. Do you speak any other foreign languages? You got a big advantage!
Working days and times
You will work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can work for 32 to 40 hours a week.
