The Customer Operations team manages all B2B and B2C customer inquiries across the EMEA region to deliver end-to-end customer service excellence. As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for direct customer support (B2C), fan service. You are responsible for ensuring that all KEEN customers are delighted with their KEEN brand experience. You will deal with inquiries by phone, email or online chat and support the development of website content and the continuous improvement of customer operations.
Your training as a customer service specialist will take place in the Rotterdam office. After that, you will work in the home office for the time being, due to the current situation.
