The role of the Mobility Consultant is to manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, either internationally or domestically. The consultant takes responsibility for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring the employee and family are delighted with the services provided.
This position plays a key role in the successful delivery of services, ongoing development, and maintenance of their corporate clients in order to maximize business opportunities for our client from such relationships. In particular, the post holder will provide efficient and effective support to all aspects of our client's operations in order to ensure that high quality services are provided to both members of the public and businesses. This will include direct contact with internal and external customers. You are the day to day point of contact for our client's customers to keep them advised of the progress of the assignments, discuss exceptions, and recommend process or policy change in consultation with the Account Relationship Manager where appropriate.
