Fulltime German customer experience specialist (remote)

Europe's fastest growing online auction platform is looking for a German speaking customer experience specialist to join their team. Are you the one?

What are you going to do:

As a full time German customer experience specialist at an online auction platform you will be responsible for the customers of the DACH market. From art, coins, wine and jewellery to oldtimers or valuable books, the items auctioned at this platform are carefully selected by experts. 

What are your responsibilities? 

Your customers are either buying or selling exceptional objects at this platform. As a customer experience specialist you play a crucial role in ensuring these customers are satisfied and will come back to the platform again. You will be supporting customers with their questions and complex challenges over phone and email. No day is the same, because the variety of products on this platform make every question or issue different. In case there is a dispute between buyer and seller, you will be the one who mediates between the two customers and think of a solution that would work best for both. 

Can you start asap? Great! You will follow a remote interactive training to get you up to speed and will have a buddy during your first months who you can ask all your questions.

What we offer:

  • A monthly gross salary between €2000,- and €2100,- based on experience;
  • The possibility to work remotely from home or at one of the offices (hybride);
  • After the first 12-month contract the possibility of a permanent contract;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • You speak and write German fluently (C1+ level) and you have a good command of the English language (B2);
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
  • You are based in the Netherlands and would like to work (partially) from home;
  • You have demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, tourism, customer service etc.).
