Beschrijving

Where will you be part of?

Enterprise Content Management is a grid divided into three domains, Output Management (OM), Document and Record Management (DRM) and Input Management (IM).

This vacancy is open for the domain Output Management. Output Management provides service throughout ABN AMRO, which means intensive contact with Business Lines and other development teams. We help set up all kinds of information carriers. We send (customer) information on paper, by Bankmail, e-mail, SMS, alarm and Push notifications. You can think of contracts, statements, account statements, portfolio statements, letters, etc. Currently, we are working on our mission to a paperless future.

Next to that we help our stakeholder to make the best decisions in order to communicate as optimally as possible with our customers.

Your job and working environment

Your work environment consists of an Agile team 5-7 people, which is continuously improving to eventually become a mature DevOps team. You work in an international team comprising Indian and Dutch colleagues. It is a fun, ambitious and young team that works well together!

Currently we are looking for two enthusiastic developers for two teams! One team is responsible for storing customer preference data and the other team is responsible for the validation, enrichment, formatting and splitting of this data. The result is used to generate communication documents, such as notifications, which are sent to the customer after executing a transaction.

You work together with your team in a complex stakeholder field throughout ABN AMRO. All this happens in an informal atmosphere with plenty of room for fun. Making mistakes is allowed, as long as we are open and learn from them. Your daily work consists of working in bi-weekly sprints in which you determine the sprint backlog together with the team and deliver something concrete for our stakeholders and customers every two weeks. You use the most modern tools and techniques for your work.

Both teams go through a so-called Apollo Leap in which they are guided as a team to master the DevOps 'way of working' for the applications they manage. The most important activity in this leap is migrating our CMS application to Azure. In addition to the migration to Azure, the team is responsible for business delivery prioritized by the Product Owner.
