French-speaking parttime communications consultant (remote)

What are you going to do:

As a parttime communications consultant, you will be part of the marketing department of a fast-growing, international company focused on digital technology. Our client delivers innovative services and solutions to enterprises worldwide using the Microsoft platform. 

Are you a born planner who likes to organize events? Perfect! Your tasks include: 

  • Supporting the planning of internal events (online as well as on location);
  • Creating newsletters and helping out with the intranet page;
  • Preparing announcement emails and presentations to ensure everything is in accordance with the brand;
  • Creating short videos and e-mails for internal purposes.

Besides that, have you always dreamed about owning your own local blog? And do you have a creative mindset?  Part of your job as a communications consultant is managing the calendar of the blog and bringing it to life. Also, you support the company's social media channels by creating content and posts. It is important that you speak and write French and English fluently (C1+ level), as you will be writing content and communicating in both languages. 

Working days and times

This is a parttime position that requires an availability of 20 hours. You can divide these 20 hours over the week as you like. Prefer to work 5 half days or 2 full days and 1 half day? You decide! For this position you can work from the comfort of your own home mostly, for events you could be expected to be at the office in Utrecht or Amsterdam.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You speak and write French as well as English fluently (C2 level);
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in communications and social media (preferably in IT/Technology);
  • You have an understanding of B2B Marketing;
  • You have experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and other office suites.
