What are you going to do:

As a German customer service agent in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for advising the German customers. You will help them with their questions and problems via phone and email.

With huge enthusiasm, you describe the scent of the product line or provide tips on how to create your very own personalized shampoo. You are calm and friendly and give the customers that relaxed wellness feeling. It is also important for you to assist every customer individually and assist them wherever you can.

Your English is fluent, and you are available from Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 9 pm. However, thanks to a flexible shift scheduling, this position perfectly fits your busy life. You will get a new schedule every four weeks.
