As a technical support specialist, your tasks will be to help customers find solutions to problems they are experiencing with different products and services. You will turn irritated customers into happy customers! Additionally, you will keep track of all new social activity coming into the company. The division you will be working for works for the companies Signify and Phillips Lightning.
Personality wise, you are a people person and love helping others. You are able to speak English fluently, and you relish in working with technology. To get you ready to start as a technical support specialist, you will follow a training program to learn the ins and outs of the job, so you become a customer support expert!
RIFF Digital Engagement runs 24 hours a day, which means you will have day shifts and night shifts. The evening shift will be from 01.00-07.00, but you only need to work these shifts for 2-3 days per month. For these night shifts, you earn an additional 25% on top of your hourly wage. It is also important that you are available for 2 Saturdays each month.
