You will do this via the live chat of de Bijenkorf, but also via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Whatsapp. Next to improving customer satisfaction, you are also responsible for collecting feedback so de Bijenkorf can keep improving their services.

Furthermore, de Bijenkorf offers the opportunity to work from home, as long as you are present in the office the other half of the time. Are you great at the customer service job?
