After growing a solid customer base in the Netherlands and abroad, we are expanding our commercial team and taking Oneteam to a new level. About you

Your role is clear: you get to feel successful when giving assists to our Account Executives by generating new opportunities. You will be working closely with the rest of the commercial team, aiming to bring in demos and discovery meetings with potential clients. Our colleagues get a true sense of entrepreneurship as they see how their performance directly contributes to our growth in the Netherlands and abroad. From the beginning, we will provide exquisite onboarding and continuous training to complement your existing skill sets.

And with our new Growth Programme, we do promise this: after the first 12 months together, we will review your performance and ambitions. Here we will see which role you want to grow into during the second year of working at Oneteam. Whether this is becoming a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or perhaps a different role. We lead by example, helping you to flourish in your role, and follow in the footsteps of your colleagues.

About your role

  • We use a modern tool stack to reach and engage with our audience (e.g. Hubspot, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, VAAM are used daily);
  • Follow up on marketing leads and demo requests;
  • Our outbound sales process is well documented, so there is no need to reinvent the wheel - yet of course evaluating & sharpening is very much appreciated;
  • Identify new target- & named accounts throughout the Benelux;
  • Run sequences and perform other outreach activities to set meetings with prospects that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP);
  • Reach out to decision makers in HR, People & Organization Managers, and COO’s by phone, video-emailing, and (online)-events.

Requirements

  • University of Applied Sciences (HBO) or Bachelors/Masters (WO) think and work level (any discipline, business-related is a plus);
  • Residing in the Netherlands and native Dutch speaker (non-negotiable)
  • A fluent (C1/C2) English speaker;
  • 1-2 years of commercial experience (including internships and traineeships);
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills;
  • (Team) target-driven approach and mindset.

  • Highly competitive monthly base salary of €2750 + quarterly performance bonuses;
