Sonion Nederland BV is the home to the Research & Development departments for transducers and systems. The innovative organization we are and the ambitions we strive for, come with some very interesting projects and tasks for HR. HR supports in developing our most important instrument, our employees. Topics like performance management, employee development, arbo and labor conditions have our full attention.

Responsibilities
You will work in a small team and therefore will be involved and get a good overview of all tasks in an HR department. You will be involved in both the hard and soft side of HR, the day to day HR tasks, you are welcome to suggest own ideas and the exact tasks will be decided together with you!

Your Profile

• You are currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master of Science within a relevant field
• Available for at least 4 months for 3 -5 days/week – starting in February/March
• Affinity with the topics as mentioned above (both the soft and hard side of HR)
• Good communication skills in English, and preferable Dutch.
• Analytic and careful
• Self starter / independent / confident
