You will be a part of a worldwide talented team of 130 000 customer service employees who represent some of world’s largest corporations. Teamwork and employee development is one their priorities. Some of the clients they work with are Tommy Hilfiger, Dell and Expedia.
One of their other clients is world’s largest sports brand, which is in search of French speaking customer service employees.
As a customer service employee you are expected to be service oriented, friendly and able to find timely and accurate solutions. It is an inbound customer service duty where you should be able to answer questions about sportswear and products, as well as handle problems and complaints. During the phone conversation you must be able to collect the right information to accurately help the customer. You will participate in team meetings and additional training. You share your achievements with your colleagues to stimulate and encourage everyone.
We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 5th of November. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. We are looking for various availability, including weekends and holidays. Shift timings: 9 to 5 and 12 to 9
