As a customer service employee you will be responsible for the incoming calls with questions, complaints and problems concerning different types of products. You will make sure that the customers will receive their products as soon as possible when there is a delay, advice customers with their purchase and handle complaints in such a manner that every customer is satisfied when the hang up. You will be the first point of contact of the company. Right now we are looking for native French speaking candidates with specific knowledge regarding guitars, sound-, light-, and DJ equipment.
Working hours:
The working hours can be from 24-40 hours a week, it is important to be flexible. De customer service is open on Monday till Sunday from 09.00 AM till 11.00 PM
