In this hybrid and full time customer service position near Hoorn you support Portuguese & Spanish/Italian speaking customers via mail or telephone.
What are you going to do:
In this fulltime and hybrid position as a customer service agent you manage our Southern European markets in Portuguese and Spanish or Italian. In your office near Hoorn, every morning you will first work through incoming tickets of your own market either per chat or per email. When you’re done with your responsible Portuguese and Spanish or Italian market you help your international customer service agent colleagues on your workfloor and vice versa. During your fulltime position you’ll be scheduled into fixed telephone shifts, where you support suppliers, carriers and customers in questions like warranty claims or returns. All that hybrid from home or in the office!

What we ask
- Minimum MBO level 4 qualification or equivalent professional thinking level.
- Native speaking-level in Portuguese and fluency of either Spanish or Italian.
