Become an Executive Researcher or Admissions Manager at Leith Society in Amsterdam

Leith Society is an exclusive members club, founded in Denmark four years ago. We have around 400 members in Denmark at this moment, divided into ten carefully selected groups. We thrive for continual growth, and therefore we established ourselves in Norway two years ago and have 250 members there. Now we are about to startup in Amsterdam, Netherlands and build ten groups of highly qualified business owners and leaders with passion for personal development. Our goal is to do this with the same success as we have had in Denmark and Norway.

Wat ga je doen?

Our new Amsterdam based office is looking for Executive Researchers and Admissions Managers to join our growing team! Would you like to work with some of the most competent and passionate leaders in Amsterdam? The position includes:

  • Daily contact with potential candidates for membership via phone and email
  • Responsibility for your own candidates and inviting them to interviews
  • Responsibility for facilitating interviews for the candidates with our Leith Ambassadors
  • Updating our CRM database
  • A role in the admission process of new members

Wat wij vragen:

  • Good academic skills
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience with customer contact and sales
  • High-level communication skills in both verbal and written Dutch and English
  • Basic IT skills
  • Research skills and knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social media
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for a dynamic workload
