The CRM/ Data management specialist provides second and third line and backend support for different CRM systems. Her/his role is to be a liaise between the business and the support organisation as a consultant. A broad area expertise and data has to be covered: customer data, interfaces, (master) databases, CRM application, reporting, etc. S/he is responsible for the data quality, flows and consistency in and around the CRM application and downstream systems. S/he applies the procedures and is accountable for meeting the service level agreement defined with the customers.
