CRM-Data Management Specialist in Laren

The CRM/ Data management specialist provides second and third line and backend support for different CRM systems. Her/his role is to be a liaise between the business and the support organisation as a consultant. A broad area expertise and data has to be covered: customer data, interfaces, (master) databases, CRM application, reporting, etc. S/he is responsible for the data quality, flows and consistency in and around the CRM application and downstream systems. S/he applies the procedures and is accountable for meeting the service level agreement defined with the customers.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Follow up the incidents until their resolution or their closing
  • Provide CRM Admin support
  • Regional second & third line support
  • Alert the relevant managers in case of issues
  • Analyze and create files for dataload from various countries
  • Converting data to dashboard and metrics information
  • Validate and ensure data quality and consistency between different systems
  • Manage and monitor dataflows
  • Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Develop and perform database queries and other backend activities
  • Provide technical solutions on the allocated applications and tools
  • Build and configure analytical solutions
  • Active participation in international client meetings
  • Active participation in developing process documentations and instruction manuals
  • Build interfaces and tools(Access)
  • Develop dashboards
  • Contribute to the integration of new colleagues (training, monitoring)

Skills

Mandatory

  • CRM knowledge in one or more applications: Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • Incident management skills
  • Knowledge with sql and technical understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server
  • Excellent knowledge of access and excel
  • Good quality control/quality assurance understanding
  • Good customer service skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
