And now our client is looking for a true German customer service King or Queen, who will help them grow even further. How does a day of a Customer Service King/Queen look like?
Well, you will be the first one who clients talk to when they are calling with questions and complaints about the services and products the online brand has to offer. While answering inbound calls about online orders, you will also provide people information about payments or returns at the same time by email or phone. The end goal is to make the customer feel as good as possible!
Another fun side of this job is that you work together with an Growth Senior Manager. Together you will invent new ideas how to connect the company to the German customers. This person will also be from Germany and together you are going to rule the German market.
