We are looking for a fulltime Salesfore Administrator in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

This organisation is a small company (20 people) situated in the heart Amsterdam which provides back-office capabilities for temp agencies. One of their most vital tools/ channels is a large Salesforce Partner Community to which their customers can log in and do their work. Salesforce is also used for their Sales department and they are currently in the process of implementing and professionalizing their Service department through Service Cloud. You will be responsible for:

• User creation/ maintenance
• Configuration of the Sales Cloud/ Customer Community
• Roll out of Service Cloud
• Business Process Improvements
• Report and Dashboard creation
• Docusign document management

You will be working with everyone in the organization, from the Management Team to our Marketing people and of course our Sales and Service teams. We currently have 2 part time resources managing the Salesforce instance who you will work closely with.
