So who are we?
As part of the US Company WW Grainger Inc., Fabory, a technical trading company, offers a wide and growing range of fasteners, tools, industrial items and safety products from reputable and well-known brands. Our main customers of these materials are, for example, companies that perform repairs and maintenance and machine builders who use the materials in producing their machines. Our customers therefore operate in many markets and sectors and we support both small businesses and multinational companies in their daily production and maintenance and repair.

We are looking for 3 Graduates to join our Graduate Program

Responsibilities:

What is the duration of program?

• 2 years
• How many rotations will I have?
• 3, every 8 months
• Where will they be?
• Dependent on your ambition and educational background
• How will I know I am succesfull?
• Frequent feedback with your assigned mentor and HR

So the process looks like this:

• Complete your online application
• Attend the meet and greet session on the 27th of June from 13:00 untill 17:00
• Still interested? We now ask you to complete our online assessments.
• 2 rounds of interviews
• Than we will make things official, conduct a background check and determine start date.

Role Requirements

• So what are the requirements? Not much really, see for yourselves
• Succesfully completed Masters Degree
• A hugh appetite for development
• Have a wining attitude
• Understand that this is a marathon not a sprint
• Drive for the best results
• English language skills will help + currently living in the Netherlands
