Wat ga je doen?
Filling Pieces is looking for a strong service-oriented Customer Service Employee. In your role you will provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer care in order to enhance worldwide customer satisfaction
- Answer questions from our customers properly and efficiently through telephone, e-mail, social media, chat and WhatsApp
- Offer personalized customer support through these digital channels
- Follow up and monitor live social media dialogues
- Stay up to date with social media and digital communication trends
- Ensure that all customers' concerns and enquiries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
- Share information in database and inform team members and other relevant parties of any updates
- Evaluate and make proactive suggestions to improve the customer experience

Wat wij vragen:
- Je dient ingeschreven te staan bij een hbo- of wo-opleiding. Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master program
- Experience in customer service is a pre
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
- Available for 16 to 20 hours a week
- Available at least 2 evenings until 20:00
- Pro-active service minded attitude
