The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing all individual and group bookings for the hotels. You will ensure that all requirements of our clients are met and actively seek to up-sell the services and facilities at the individual hotels. You are also responsible for the correct and timely processing of options, special requests and modifying existing reservations. Answering the telephone, communicating by email and reporting are part of the job. You will be responsible for all reservations for the German hotels (e.g. Berlin, Hamburg and Düsseldorf), but based in our head office in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.
