As a part-time customer service representative you’ll start working at an international e-commerce business in Breda. Since this company is active all over the world, they are currently looking for a French-speaking representative. And that’s where you come in.
What will I do exactly?
Answering questions from (French-speaking) customers per phone and email. Mrs. Smith may call you because her purchase has not yet been delivered. Or Mr. Kavinsky might send you an email with a complaint about one of the products he has bought. You’ll put yourself in the customers’ shoes and help them in any way you can. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll reassure the customer that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.
But that’s not all. You will also use the customers’ feedback to help improve the customer experience. How? By passing on their suggestions to your supervisor.
Training
Before you start as a part-time customer service representative, you’ll follow a 5-day training program. During this time, you’ll learn everything there is to know about the company and the customer service branche as a whole.
Working hours
As a part-time customer service representative you’ll work a minimum of 16 hours per week. The customer service department itself is open from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.
