As a Customer Service employee, you will work for our customer in Venlo. Our customer runs a very large webshop with all kinds of home and garden equipment and you are the one that will handle all French incoming queries. This can be in different ways, either by phone or by email. Int his way all customers can be supported via different platforms with their questions about products and orders.
This means that it is a responsible job: you will not only make sure that all customers will have a good experience and are satisfied in the end, but you also collect the customer experiences, analyze them and pass them on. You can not only make sure that customers are happy, but you can also make sure that things can actually change. You will also be responsible for responding to all incoming online reviews, whether they are positive or negative. Since these reviews get posted on lots of different platforms, you will also gain experience in handling those platforms and in customer contact via Social Media.
You will be doing this for the minimum amount of 32 hours per week and your shifts will be planned flexible between 09.00 and 19.00.
