French speaking and beer loving customer service agent in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

The organisation is an innovative beer webshop with a mission to become THE online destination for craft beer lovers all over Europe. They are in need of a customer service rockstar for the Christmas and holiday period to strengthen the customer service team for the French market.

You will handle all French incoming questions and complaints, by email or by phone. Broken beer bottles or a accidental late delivery.. It is your job to make sure that all French speaking customers will have a good experience. You will respond in the best possible way to an (un)happy customer so that you both experience the most pleasant outcome possible. In the end of the day ordering craft beer is a joyous occasion. 

You will be doing this between 20 and 30 hours a week. Opening hours: Monday till Friday (10.00 and 17.00).

Are you outgoing, humorous and experienced in customer contact? Oh and do you love beer? Than I would be more than happy to speak to you!
