Our client provides digital and physical supply chain solutions to many of the world’s leading brands across a diverse range of industries. With a global footprint the Company’s solutions and services are designed to improve end-to-end supply chains. The Customer Care Centre is based in Apeldoorn.

Wat ga je doen?

For our client, we are looking for German-speaking customer service agents. These employees will be responsible for capturing and handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts from different media in a correct, professional and customer friendly way. Daily activities are answering questions about orders per phone, chat and email, like order status, return requests and other generic information. In addition you will ensure that complaints are handled in a correct way and you will provide the customers with the correct service by finding solutions for problems customers might have. Moreover you will be responsible for correctly handling and registering all interactions with customers while making sure the customer privacy is protected at all times.You won't be responsible for direct sales, or technical/product info related activities.

The customer service employee is the first point of contact for the client, that is why it is important that you are customer-oriented and providing service is natural to you.

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal een middelbareschooldiploma;
  • You are able to speak, write and understand German (Highschool havo/vwo; B1/B2/C1/C2) and your communication skills are excellent.
  • You are proficient in the English language (for training purposes).
  • You live in the area of Apeldoorn.
  • You are someone who easily shows initiative and thinks along with the employer and the customer. You are a step ahead of everyone!
  • In stressful situations you know how to keep your head cool and stay professional.
  • You work accurately, you are flexible and you know how to handle confidential information.

Our client's office is situated in Apeldoorn, close to the central train station.

The client is looking for students or young-professionals who are available to work parttime or fulltime during the summer months. The opening hours of the Customer Contact Center are between 08.00-18.00 on Monday-Friday.
