As a part of the Customer Experience Department for a large internationally known webshop you are dealing with inquiries from customers and give them the best customer experience. You will be part of an international team located in Venlo in the Netherlands.
You can help candidates via phone or by email with wrongly delivered orders or questions about the products they are looking for. You are also in charge of resolving issues with customers on Social Media platforms. Besides that, acting as a 'mystery shopper' will be part of your daily tasks too.
