This is an entry-level, full-time and administrative role, which means supporting all departments in the office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to work on multiple tasks.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Handle all customer complaints and inquiries via the customer support e-mail and incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory levels.
  • Perform administrative HR duties, such as registering employee sick and holiday leave, cleaning duties, working-hour records.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person.
  • Improve and maintain an efficient and effective filing system for all administrative records.
