Fiyo is a young, rapidly growing e-commerce company, specialised in selling parts and accessories to repair, to maintain and to use devices in and around your home. In the last two years, our company has grown to an international player on the market. We sell our products in 9 European countries and have the ambition to grow even more. Wat ga je doen?

Job description

  • Provide excellent customer service,
  • Handle customer requests via email, chat, phone and social media,
  • You have an active role in working with colleagues from other departments like marketing.

Requirements

  • A native level of the French language and excellent communication skills,
  • Your verbal and writing skills in English are very good,
  • You are experienced in client contact, or you would like to learn more about customer service,
  • Level of education: Licence/ MBO mindset
  • You'll be working office hours during the holiday.
