Connected World Services is located in the Netherlands and is an independent operating component of the Dixons Carphone Group in the UK. The core activity of CWS Netherlands is the execution of all customer oriented services, in relation to mobile/device insurance. As CWS is active in various European countries, we have employees with diverse backgrounds, but our main language is English. Due to expansion of our activities, CWS is looking for native English-speaking Customer Service Agents to perform service activities for our customers in the United Kingdom. The organization has an informal character in which young people can grow to realize their ambitions.
Customer Service Agents are performing an outbound service for new customers that have bought a product in one of our shops in the UK. The purpose of the call is to provide more information regarding the delivery of their product. During the call after you confirm the delivery date you will also offer the option to take one of our repair and support plans on their new product (soft selling). You are native English speaker or able to communicate at a native level (preferably British); Customer focus comes naturally for you; Understanding new IT-systems is no problem; Working both independently and as part of a team is not a problem; Experience within a service- or call center is a plus;
