As a German customer service employee for Yamaha Motor you will be asked all sorts of technical questions. Customers will call, e-mail or chat with you about all sorts of topics. For example: ‘I ordered a new engine, but it isn't delivered yet.' Or 'My motorcycle doens't work, could you help me?' Everything about a motorcycle could be asked. Your job is to answer these questions and find the best solutions!
Company
You’ll be working at an international customer service center. The atmosphere is very informal and there are many cultures. Thereby the company organises a lot of fun activities. The working language is English. For this job you will be dealing with many German and English customers. As a part-time or full time customer service employee it’s therefore important that you speak those two languages fluently.
Training
Before you start as a part-time or full time customer service employee, you’ll follow a five-day training programme. During this training, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of the customer service branche. The training starts as soon as possible. And will be from Monday till Friday from 10am until 5pm.
Working hours
After you finish your training, it’s time to start working. You’ll work a minimum of 24 hours per week. The customer service center is open between 8am and 8pm. It’s important that you are available for at least 24 hours. Rather work full time? That’s possible too!
The job is entirely from home.
