B2C MarCom Internship

We’re looking for a B2C MarCom intern who will support two important projects of our 2021 Business-to-Consumer program: Improving the conversion on our eCommerce platforms and creating a multi touchpoint campaign.
As our MarCom intern you’ll be part of the Signify B2C Marketing Communications team. During this internship you will be guided by our experienced and enthusiastic MarCom Managers. We are responsible for all marketing communication efforts globally for brands such as Philips and WiZ. Being a team player, managing challenging projects, having broad communication skills and a hands-on mentality must be in your DNA.
What you’ll do
Contribute to collaborations with our agencies
Support agency management, ie. briefing, creation and planning process
Check quality and timely release of the deliverables
Give and collect stakeholder’s feedback to proposals
Support in the deployment of centrally created manuals and assets to local markets
Prepare communication material for sharing via internal channels such as our asset library, MS Teams pages and market calls
Help in creating presentations towards internal stakeholders
Assist with organizing internal information sharing
Assist in e-tailer content creation
Assist in improving relevant information to the target audience, messaging and visuals
Assist in marketing effectiveness
Monitor progress of our goals by analyzing results from different reporting tools
Conduct the campaign evaluation process in cooperation with the Marcom manager
Identify possible steps to improve performance
You’ll be actively participating in our virtual intern network where you’ll be working on business cases, personal development and building your internal network.
You are…
Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communication
Able to work both independently as well as in a team
Having an analytical mindset and good eye for detail
Taking initiative and solve issues offensively (hands-on)
Having excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.

Notes
EU/EER students: In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
Non-EU students in non-Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and the internship should be a compulsory part of your studies. Also, you need to be able to get the official approval of your university for this internship (Nuffic agreement).
