Dutch speaking Customer Advisor

What are you going to do:

In the role as Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls to existing customers as well as online chat. You will help them with their questions about orders and products, in doing so you will contribute to achieving the goals set by the client.

A big part of your job is to make sure the customer receives a world class service and to establish and build long term relationships with customers. 

You will work in our new spacious office in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become a part of the Webhelp family. As our new colleague, you will experience a professional work environment focusing on unity, development and diversity.

General Tasks:

• Service outbound calls and book appointments
• Outgoing calls to existing customers – focusing on service 
• Supporting and answering incoming calls
• Supporting and answer questions via chat 
• Answer queries on social media platforms
• Ongoing focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer contact – including focus on constant improvement of our customer measurements – such as customer satisfaction
• Follow processes and procedures laid out within the project
• Work together as a core unit and reach the goal set
