As a Swedish customer service agent, you help customers with questions and problems regarding bookings, luggage, flights or other special requests. You will quickly find solutions to any problem that may arise, and you are always eager to give the right answers with a lot of personal attention. In addition to assisting the Swedish-speaking customers, you also feel comfortable dealing with customers in the English language.

To prepare you for your new job in the best possible way, you will start with an 8-week online training. During this time, it is necessary that you are available full-time.

• A salary of €15,27 (inkl. an language allowance) gross per hour;
