Your role as Inside Sales Rep
As Inside Sales rep you will join a young energetic company with a unique proposition. Their solution allows companies to communicate, onboard, and train their employees fast and efficiently. The focus is mainly for the non-desk workers amongst us, which is 80% of the working people in the Netherlands. You can think of retail, healthcare, and many more industries.
This unicorn started six years ago when two friends walked into a well-known problem but where was the solution? With their product development, they have already managed to sign customers such as Jumbo, H&M, Gamma, and New York Pizza.
You will be responsible for new business and expanding their brand, you will build your portfolio by generating leads, negotiate with C-level executives, and doing market research on international markets.
You will be one of the first sales professionals for this fast-growing company and will report directly to the VP of Sales. You will have the opportunity to grow into a teamlead role within a year since this company is going to expand rapidly into the Nordics, U.K, and France!

They started in 2014 and are currently with over 30 employees located in Rotterdam. This young founder dealt with a lot of problems when he was working beside his studies in a supermarket. There was no easy way to communicate easily between employees, employers and employees. They signed clients such as Gamma, Jumbo and H&M who are great ambassadors for the company. Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking into international markets.
